How to take screen prints on a Mac:

To take a capture of the entire screen: Command(Apple)-Shift-3
To take a capture of a part of the screen: Command(Apple)-Shift-4
- The mouse pointer will become crosshairs with which you can select the area of the screen you'd like to capture
All screen captures generate a .pdf file on the Desktop named "Picture #"
.pdf files can be opened in Adobe Photoshop and edited
